This controversial mural is located directly across the street from Chicago's Bouchet School, which First Lady Obama attended as a child. 74th and Chappell, Chicago.

Planning and preliminary work will occur throughout this winter. Work on installation of the mural will begin in March, 2017 and is expected to be completed in early April.
